Sambar also have a super exciting attraction: our traditional Capoeira.

Capoeira is a synthesis of dances, fights, and musical instruments from different cultures, from different African regions, created on Brazilian soil .

Brazilians really know how to throw a party, being very passionate and so full of energy. So, a Brazilian or carnival atmosphere makes for a great party theme creating a unique celebration that your guests will remember forever.

Ensure your private party is one that your guests will never forget. Hosting our fabulous artists and performers at your event will leave guests enthralled and ensure they talk about your party for years to come.

To make your choice easier, we have four special packages.

Safira
£5000 (15 - 30 guests)

Sambar’s ‘Sapphire’ offering is for the host who has 15 - 30 guests or the host who has a smaller guest list but wants to delight and impress. At your first meeting with Keila she will discuss your bespoke requirements and from then on she will plan and organise everything for you. Come the day, your guests will delight in your Brazilian-themed event - whether that’s a birthday party, a barbeque, or simply a gathering of your best friends. You and your guests will be transported to Rio for a day and Keila will ensure your festival goes off with a bang!

What is included (for 15 - 30 guests):

Event manager - Keila will plan and organise your party to perfection.

Barbeque - Savour the flavours of our exquisite Brazilian dishes that are brought to life in front of your eyes – Sambar’s chef will cook your meats exactly as you like them and the numerous side dishes will simply ‘wow’ you and your guests.

Drinks - Sip a beautiful champagne, indulge in your favourite wines, and create your favourite spirits and cocktails – your drinks selection will not disappoint your guests.

Music - You’ll have your own DJ who will create the perfect Brazilian ambience – from club-thumping Brazilian dance tracks to the smoothest soft sambas.

Entertainment - How can you party without Brazilian-themed entertainment – you’ll have your own Samba dancer who will dress to impress with feathers and heels – you and your guests can join in and we’ll provide the feathers for you.

Decoration - Delight in our colourful flowers, celebrate with our balloon arrangements and enjoy some unique Brazilian flare in your garden or property.

The next day - Don’t worry, we’ll arrive the next day to clean up the party chaos and leave your garden or property sparkly fresh.

£10000 (30 - 50 guests)

Sambar’s ‘Rubies’ offering is designed for hosts expecting 30 - 50 guests or those with a smaller list who want to impress. During your initial meeting with Keila, she will discuss your specific requirements and take care of all the planning and organisation for you. On the event day, your guests will enjoy a vibrant Brazilian-themed celebration. You and your guests will be transported to Rio for an unforgettable experience, and Keila will ensure that your festival goes off with a bang!

What is included (for 30- 50 guests):

Event manager - Keila will plan and organise your party to perfection.

Drinks - Sip a beautiful champagne, indulge in your favourite wines, and create your favourite spirits and cocktails –plus a traditional Brazilian Caipirinhas, your drinks selection will not disappoint your guests.

Music - You’ll have your own DJ who will create the perfect Brazilian ambience – from club-thumping Brazilian dance tracks to the smoothest soft sambas.

Entertainment - How can you party without Brazilian-themed entertainment – you’ll have two beautiful Samba dancers who will dress to impress with feathers and heels – you and your guests can join in and we’ll provide the feathers for you.

Sambar's "Emerald" offering is designed for hosts with 50 - 75 guests or for those with a smaller guest list who want to create a memorable and impressive event. During your initial meeting with Keila, she will discuss your unique requirements and handle all the planning and organisation for you. On the day of the event, your guests will be immersed in a Brazilian-themed experience. Keila will ensure that your event is a spectacular success

What is included (for 50 - 75 guests):

Event manager - Keila will plan and organise your party to perfection.

Drinks - Sip a beautiful champagne, indulge in your favourite wines, and create your favourite spirits and cocktails – plus traditional Brazilian Caipirinhas. Your drinks selection will not disappoint your guests.

Music - You’ll have your own DJ who will create the perfect Brazilian ambience – from club-thumping Brazilian dance tracks to the smoothest soft sambas.

Sambar's "Diamonds" package is tailored for hosts expecting between 75 - 100 guests or for those with a smaller guest list who want to make a memorable impression. During your initial meeting with Keila, she will discuss your specific requirements and manage all the planning and organization for you. On the day of the event, your guests will experience a vibrant Brazilian-themed celebration, complete with extensive entertainment and luxury. You and your guests will be transported to Rio for an unforgettable experience, and Keila will be there to ensure that your festival is a resounding success!

What is included (for 75 - 100 guests):

Event manager - Keila will plan and organise your party to perfection and stay until the end of the event to ensure everything meets the high standards you and your guests deserve.

Drinks - Sip a beautiful champagne, indulge in your favourite wines, and create your favourite spirits and cocktails –plus a traditional Brazilian Caipirinhas bar, your drinks selection will not disappoint your guests.

Music - You’ll have your own DJ who will create the perfect Brazilian ambience – from club-thumping Brazilian dance tracks to the smoothest soft sambas.
